DKLAC 143 NC THINNER(ALL PURPOSE THINNER) - Formulated for use with Nitro Cellulose Paint , Lacquer and Wood Coating as a general rule, the process of thinning should be - two parts of the thinner with one part of the paint / lacquer. This thinner (Solution) is blended to give quick, plain and setting finish with excellent flow and spray gloss.
